About the role
- Provide on-site technical service and support for industrial water treatment programs, including cooling water, boiler water, reverse osmosis (RO), and wastewater treatment systems.
- Monitor system performance through routine testing, inspections, and data analysis to ensure optimal treatment efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot water treatment issues and recommend corrective actions to improve system performance and prevent operational problems.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and assisting with customer presentations and solution recommendations.
- Conduct product application activities including chemical dosing control, equipment checks, and program adjustments at customer sites.
- Prepare service reports and technical documentation and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Assist with product trials, system start-ups, and implementation of new programs.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and professional technical support.
- Stay current with Solenis technologies, industry practices, and competitor solutions in industrial water treatment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service, field service, or technical sales support in industrial water treatment, including boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems in manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related science field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science.
- Ability to work closely with plant operators and process owners in industrial facilities.
- Good communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information and recommendations.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and customer sites effectively.
- Willingness to travel across the North and Central regions of Vietnam.
