Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within facility management, cleaning equipment, or service industries.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a matrix organisation across multiple teams or countries.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to managing growth.
- High motivation, accountability, and a passion for achieving results.
