About the role
- lead the F&B business in India
- accountable to drive sustained profitable growth for the business
- drive improvements in sales and customer management processes
- deliver an outstanding customer experience
- work in close collaboration with the regional/ global F&B regional team
Requirements
- 15-20 years of commercial (sales, marketing, corporate accounts, BDM) experience in Industrial/ B2B environment
- at least 5-7 years in a team leader position
- at least 3-5 years experience in managing P&L delivery
- experienced in value selling
- prior experience in cleaning & hygiene, water treatment or specialty chemicals industry is desirable but not essential
