About the role
- Lead, train, further develop and mentor the team
- Monitor, plan and implement revenue targets (business plan) for defined key accounts and new customers
- Acquire new customers and develop national and regional customer acquisition plans
- Coordinate acquisition activities with country managers, sector leads, sales managers and the field force
- Support sector Key Account Managers in new customer acquisition
- Prepare proposals and quotes
- Document and share information on competitor activities, market trends and customer developments
Requirements
- University degree (university, university of applied sciences, vocational academy) or equivalent practical experience
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both within customer organizations and at Diversey
- Knowledge and experience in business development/sales
- Chemical, product and industry knowledge is an advantage but not required
- Ability to build networks efficiently and proactively
- Very good written and spoken English
- Strong closing skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
