- Managing existing customer accounts and developing new business within an assigned territory or market segment
- Applying consultative, value-based selling to identify customer needs and offer tailored Solenis solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships across customer organizations, from operators to executives
- Collaborating cross-functionally with technical support, marketing, and product management teams
- Leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report progress
- Delivering technical presentations and product training to customers
- Supporting implementation of Solenis’ commercial processes (Needs Discovery Selling, Customer Value Assurance)
Requirements
- A results-driven sales professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about solving customer challenges through technical or service-based solutions
- Experienced in B2B field sales (preferably in chemicals, water treatment, or other industrial/technical sectors)
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment with regional travel
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or a related discipline
