About the role
- Own compensation administration, job offers, payroll and benefits operations
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Operating Partners, and OpCo leadership
- Administer performance management processes and employee records
- Manage employee relations, terminations, and OpCo onboarding
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of HR operations experience
- Deep hands-on experience with payroll, benefits, employment compliance, and HR administration
- Experience with HRIS / PEO platforms
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law
