Support the receipt and management of construction loans, including preparing and reviewing draw packages, compliance documentation, and liaising with lenders.
Assist the Finance Manager with diligence, modeling, and documentation needed to execute tax equity fundings tied to project milestones, including renewable energy tax credits.
Manage the coordination and preparation of construction draw packages by validating invoices, tracking budget-to-actuals, and ensuring timely release of funds.
Lead project-level financial reporting, including variance analysis, cash forecasting, and budget monitoring; generate required documentation for financing partners.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal leadership, lenders, and tax equity investors with precision and clarity.
Support the Director of FOP&A, Finance Manager, and Sr. Director of Investments & Structured Finance with financial analyses, special projects, and reporting initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, renewable energy, infrastructure, or a related project finance field.
Strong financial analysis skills and advanced Excel/spreadsheet modeling ability.
Experience with project-level budgets, reporting, loan draws, or tax equity fundings preferred.
Familiarity with project finance concepts, renewable energy tax credits (ITC/PTC), and typical debt/tax equity structures a strong plus.
Excellent organizational skills, detail-orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external financing partners.
Strong interest in renewable energy and project finance.
