About the role

  • Support the receipt and management of construction loans, including preparing and reviewing draw packages, compliance documentation, and liaising with lenders.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with diligence, modeling, and documentation needed to execute tax equity fundings tied to project milestones, including renewable energy tax credits.
  • Manage the coordination and preparation of construction draw packages by validating invoices, tracking budget-to-actuals, and ensuring timely release of funds.
  • Lead project-level financial reporting, including variance analysis, cash forecasting, and budget monitoring; generate required documentation for financing partners.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal leadership, lenders, and tax equity investors with precision and clarity.
  • Support the Director of FOP&A, Finance Manager, and Sr. Director of Investments & Structured Finance with financial analyses, special projects, and reporting initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, renewable energy, infrastructure, or a related project finance field.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and advanced Excel/spreadsheet modeling ability.
  • Experience with project-level budgets, reporting, loan draws, or tax equity fundings preferred.
  • Familiarity with project finance concepts, renewable energy tax credits (ITC/PTC), and typical debt/tax equity structures a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external financing partners.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and project finance.
