About the role
- Lead paid media strategy across channels including paid social, SEM, and affiliate.
- Own CAC and ROAS targets, managing a team and agencies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Brand to scale acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Drive revenue growth through paid channels and affiliate.
- Define channel-specific targets that ladder up to business goals.
- Plan, execute and optimize all performance marketing tactics and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, prior experience within beauty is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing $15M+ performance budgets and delivering measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer impact.
- Strong understanding of how performance channels interact with brand and top of funnel channels, pipeline quality, and revenue conversion.
- Comfortable leading teams and working cross-functionally in an outcome-oriented environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and be able to pivot quickly and effectively prioritize workload.
- Must be comfortable working a hybrid schedule.
