About the role
- Manage the development and execution of gift sets + new wips + GWPs (Gift with Purchase) for Travel Retail, ensuring alignment with brand vision, consumer preferences, and market demands.
- Own product lifecycle from creative inception to delivery including daily vendor communication, relationship development, and negotiations to deliver high-quality, brand-enhancing products on time, and within budget.
- Constantly assess the latest market trends to inform disruptive innovation and growth opportunities within the category, applying consumer insights and competitive analysis to future development.
- Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, translating and presenting actionable insights to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in merchandise planning, promotions, or related roles within the beauty or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic merchandise and promotional initiatives to drive sales and profitability
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to leverage consumer insights and market data to inform decision-making and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Leadership ability to manage and motivate others.
