About the role
- Advise operational managers on HR matters (legislation, training, career management, etc.)
- Coordinate HR development: consider requests from managers and employees and ensure implementation with dedicated HR specialists (payroll, training, recruitment, etc.)
- Manage personnel administration and prepare related documents (contracts, amendments, leave requests, resignation acknowledgments, work certificates, etc.)
- Ensure monthly coordination with the payroll department (provide variable pay elements)
- Manage recruitment within your scope
- Ensure daily updates of the HRIS and related reporting
- Lead HR projects in line with assigned objectives
- Promote and foster a positive quality-of-work-life dynamic (internal & external communications)
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources
- At least 8 years of experience in HR generalist roles and HR development
- Strong knowledge of employment law and disciplinary procedures
- Experience in a multi-site environment
- Strong written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Dutch proficiency is a plus
