About the role
- Manage end-to-end setup of clients with the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator
- Connect clients to the aggregator and to game providers
- Handle client requests such as RTP adjustments, limits, and currencies
- Provide full support for clients' requests to game providers
- Create and maintain clear, organized documentation
- Use Jira, Confluence, email (Gmail), and Gitlab to coordinate setups and track progress
- Ensure smooth client operations and successful integrations
Requirements
- Information analysis skills
- Independence and responsibility
- English at least B1 level
- Excellent communication skills in Russian
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and Gitlab
- Ability to manage documentation and client requests related to RTP, limits, and currencies
