About the role
- Manage a LATAM client portfolio throughout the platform adoption journey;
- Monitor client engagement and health indicators, interpret data, and define action plans;
- Conduct follow-up meetings and operational training sessions with managers and key users to ensure understanding and application of core features;
- Develop and execute onboarding and enablement plans for new clients, focusing on adoption and value creation;
- Anticipate and address churn risks due to low adoption, creating and implementing recovery strategies;
- Maintain and update the CRM with relationship details, interactions, and action plans;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and interest in how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent Spanish (spoken and written);
- Previous experience in Customer Success and account management;
- Experience delivering trainings and enablement sessions to clients;
- Proficiency in data analysis and engagement metrics (Power BI or similar tools);
- Experience with CRM systems (SenseData or equivalent);
- Availability for occasional travel;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
