Team up, collaborate and iterate very closely with your Producer, Artist and your Developer.
Demonstrate creativity and adaptability.
Support and at times lead on difficult design topics from conceptual ideas to detailed in-game economies.
Detail out designs, come up with new and interesting levels & systems while sparring with Producer to ensure quality of fun.
Directly support and at times take the lead on difficult design topics that range from loose conceptual ideas all the way to detailed in-game economies.
Requirements
Passionate about games and deeply engaged with mobile and casual game trends.
Enjoy diving into the details.
5+ years of experience in Mobile Game Design, ideally on live games.
Deep understanding of F2P mechanics, systems design, and player motivation.
Strong communicator, comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Specialized experience in at least one: Economy Design or Systems Design.
Analytical and comfortable working with spreadsheets, KPIs, and balance tuning.
Take ownership and initiative, driving designs from concept to implementation.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
