Business Development Rep

• Generierung neuer qualifizierter Leads und Pipelines in der DACH-Region
• Einsatz außergewöhnlicher Beratungskompetenzen am Telefon, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, klar zu kommunizieren, aktiv zuzuhören, zu inspirieren, Vertrauen zu vermitteln und Einwände zu überwinden
• Recherche, Dokumentation und Pflege relevanter Kontaktinformationen für neue und bestehende Kontakte in unserem CRM
• Erfüllung von vierteljährlichen SQOs, Lead-SLAs und wöchentlichen KPI- und Aktivitätszielen
• Führe Best Practices für die Kontoentwicklung per Chat, E-Mail und Telefon durch und richte E-Mail-Sequenzen mithilfe von LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot oder anderen Tools ein
• Recherchiere und nimm an Beratungsgesprächen mit Interessenten teil, wobei Du die volle Verantwortung dafür übernimmst, unser Produktangebot an die Kund*innen-Bedürfnisse anzupassen
• Optimiere unser ideales Kund*innen-Profil (ICP) und unser Messaging
• Durch die Nutzung unsers CRMs wird sichergestellt, dass Aktivitäten ordnungsgemäß dokumentiert und Chancen genau prognostiziert werden

Sales & Business Development Representative – Deutsch

• Generate new qualified leads and pipelines in the DACH region
• Use exceptional consultative skills on the phone, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, build trust, and overcome objections
• Meet quarterly SQOs, lead SLAs, and weekly KPI and activity targets
• Apply best practices for account development via email and phone and set up email sequences using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reachout, or other tools
• Research and conduct consultative meetings with prospects, taking full ownership of aligning our product offering to customer needs
• Optimize our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and our messaging
• Research, document, and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in our CRM
• Ensure activities are properly documented and opportunities are accurately forecasted through diligent use of the CRM

• We are looking (starting immediately) for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who identify with our vision and mission
• To strengthen our Sales team in Berlin, Munich, or remotely
• In direct contact with customers and as an expert in growth-driven business development, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing to build our sales funnel across Europe through new customer acquisition
