About the role
- Identifies, documents, and triages defects or issues found during testing
- Maintains documentation such as record test results, defect logs, and testing artifacts
- Develops test plans, data conversion, and implementation plans as needed
- Triages issues and incidents reported by end-users for resolution or escalation
- Identifies patterns and researches incidents
- Collaborates with cross-functional SME’s to determine root cause and impact
- Leads team in Identifying, documenting, and triaging defects or issues found during testing
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business, insurance or related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered
- 3+ years of P&C insurance industry experience
- Understanding of how to write test cases
- Strong communication skills
