Requirements
2-4 years of experience in HR operations or contractor/vendor relationships
Experience developing policies, SOPs, or governance frameworks for workforce programs
Knowledge of contingent workforce models, vendor engagement processes, and compliance with labor laws/regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with UKG (HRIS) and contract management systems is a plus
Organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders with confidence and poise
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with initiative
Attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing requirements
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Commitment to respecting and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience with contract review and basic financial analysis is a plus
