About the role

  • Guide managers through the non-employee lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Streamline vendor relationships
  • Develop and maintain policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance frameworks
  • Collaborate with HR, Vendor Management, Legal, IT, and other teams
  • Manage end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle activities
  • Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and internal/external program documentation
  • Monitor and report on contingent workforce metrics, performance, and spend

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or contractor/vendor relationships
  • Experience developing policies, SOPs, or governance frameworks for workforce programs
  • Knowledge of contingent workforce models, vendor engagement processes, and compliance with labor laws/regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with UKG (HRIS) and contract management systems is a plus
  • Organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders with confidence and poise
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with initiative
  • Attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Commitment to respecting and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Experience with contract review and basic financial analysis is a plus
