• Weekly ad account reviews with the team are your main development format.
• You write headlines and body copy in German and English that filter rather than please.
• A/B tests on copy, creative and CTAs run systematically, not randomly.
• You build KPI dashboards that enable decision-making rather than just listing numbers.
• Conversion tracking, UTM structure and lead attribution are in your hands.
• You orchestrate setup, QA and launches, document learnings after every test and ensure campaigns are set up to scale.
