Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and research potential new clients in relevant industries (e.g., FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle, D2C, E‑Commerce). Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.
Sales Execution: Prepare and conduct sales calls with prospective clients. Document all meetings in Pipedrive, including follow-up tasks.
Performance & Growth: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients. Track relevant sales KPIs and analyze performance.
Requirements
You have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency setting.
You bring ambition, proactivity, reliability, and motivation.
You have professional German language skills (spoken and written), and ideally also English.
