About the role

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and research potential new clients in relevant industries (e.g., FMCG, Beauty, Lifestyle, D2C, E‑Commerce). Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare and conduct sales calls with prospective clients. Document all meetings in Pipedrive, including follow-up tasks.
  • Performance & Growth: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients. Track relevant sales KPIs and analyze performance.

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency setting.
  • You bring ambition, proactivity, reliability, and motivation.
  • You have professional German language skills (spoken and written), and ideally also English.
  • You’re excited to join a supportive team and work 100% remotely.
