About the role
- Provide commercial advice to customers on product development projects
- Ensure customer orders are processed on time and in the required quantities
- Ensure and carry out correct and timely follow-up of quotations
- Monitor project execution from commercial, technical, substantive and organisational perspectives
- Maintain development and engineering relationships with existing customers
- Support the Key Account Manager and Business Developer with new product developments and customer proposals
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in a technical field, or an equivalent qualification
- Technical-commercial professional experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Experience in product development and project management, with demonstrable technical affinity
- Strong communication skills when dealing with customers and within the team
- Good verbal and written skills in German and English
