About the role
- Support and consult with our existing customers in the area of ELO ECM
- Acquire and win new customers
- Conduct initial presentations and product demonstrations onsite at the customer
- Analyze and understand customer processes to offer tailored digitalization solutions
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments
- Support the preparation of proposals and contract negotiations
- Continuously monitor the market and competitors
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training or an equivalent qualification
- Some experience in digitalization and process management
- Strong process understanding and the ability to take the customer perspective
- Experience in customer account management and acquisition
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence, especially during customer presentations
- Team player, proactive initiative and a structured way of working
- Interest in IT solutions and enthusiasm for digital transformation processes
