• Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskunden im Bereich ELO ECM
• Akquise und Gewinnung von Neukunden
• Durchführung von Erstpräsentationen und Produktvorstellungen beim Kunden
• Analyse und Verständnis der Kundenprozesse, um passgenaue Digitalisierungslösungen anzubieten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam und anderen Fachabteilungen
• Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung und Vertragsverhandlungen
• Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung

Junior Account Manager, ELO ECM

• Support and consult with our existing customers in the area of ELO ECM
• Acquire and win new customers
• Conduct initial presentations and product demonstrations onsite at the customer
• Analyze and understand customer processes to offer tailored digitalization solutions
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments
• Support the preparation of proposals and contract negotiations
• Continuously monitor the market and competitors
