About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As part of our support team, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure smooth IT operations:
  • Receive and handle customer support requests (phone, email, ticketing system)
  • Support in the area of client technology (Windows environments, workstation systems, peripherals)
  • Assist end users of our customers with hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure and maintain clients, laptops and mobile devices in customer environments
  • User and rights management (e.g., Active Directory) in customer systems
  • Support for standard applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, print systems, VPN)
  • Analyze and resolve incidents via remote access or, if necessary, on-site at the customer's location
  • Document requests and solutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate more complex cases to 2nd level support
  • Participate in rollouts, updates and IT projects at customer sites

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist) is an advantage
  • Some experience in IT support or a customer-focused helpdesk is desirable
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and common standard software
  • Basic understanding of networks, clients and IT infrastructures
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Very good German language skills are mandatory
