Proactive communication with customers and suppliers in case of delivery delays or other issues affecting an order
Close collaboration with our technical team, especially on cross-project topics or when introducing new products/features
Collecting and sharing common customer concerns for our FAQ section
Requirements
At least one year of professional experience in a sales role (ideally over the phone) or relevant experience in e-commerce / customer service / consulting
Native or C2-level English
Good German and/or Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interest in technology and willingness to learn about our products and tools
Experience advising on industrial or complex products is a significant advantage
Organized, team-oriented, and reliable work style with a strong drive to make customers happy.
