Leverage industry experience and relationships to retain and grow revenue within your Book of Business consisting of various different sized Property Management companies.
Your network should consist of high-level Decision-Makers, Champions and day-day users/influencers within the Property Management Marketing teams.
As much as 30% of your time will be focused on client retention and growth, while as much as 70% of your time will be spent prospecting net new logos.
Meet or exceed your quarterly revenue and pipeline creation goals (3X minimum).
Maintain the appropriate level of outbound activity, as defined by your leader, to ensure success and growth.
Work closely with clients and prospects to understand their KPIs and ensure they are extracting maximum value from the SOCi platform.
Collaborate with SDR, CS and other support teams to deliver superior service and resolve any issues.
Using Clari and Salesforce, track and report on account performance, renewal forecasts, and sales pipeline.
Provide weekly updates and forecasting, both in Clari and during weekly 1:1, to senior leadership on client and prospect accounts.
Continuously stay abreast of new company technologies and services to maintain a competitive advantage
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry.
Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts in the property / multifamily vertical or a closely related industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
