About the role
- Conceptualise and brief UGC-style and high-production TikTok ads, helping to translate brand messaging into engaging short-form content.
- Develop and support execution of performance creative strategies that align with client business goals.
- Analyse creative data and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Write and edit scripts, hooks, and ad copy that align with TikTok best practices.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers to ensure content fits strategy and performance objectives.
- Work alongside the creative, production, and media buying teams to deliver high-quality, conversion-focused content.
- Keep on top of TikTok trends, formats, and creative strategies, feeding fresh insights into campaigns.
- Support in client presentations, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery is on time and aligned with strategy.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a creative strategy or social media marketing role, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and what drives engagement.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for short-form content.
- Analytical mindset - comfortable looking at data and drawing creative insights.
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow fast.
- Bonus: experience with DTC/e-commerce brands or performance marketing principles and theory
