About the role
- Lead the technical sales cycle from discovery through delivery, partnering with account teams.
- Deliver story-led demos, workshops, and high-impact proofs of values (PoVs) for AI security use cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customers’ AI Security Engineers, DevSecOps teams, Privacy Officers, and CISOs to define success criteria and demonstrate value.
- Capture customer needs, gaps, and feedback to feed directly into Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape the roadmap.
- Benchmark against competitive offerings and help refine our value positioning and repeatable playbooks for evaluation.
- Act as a field CTO for strategic accounts; guiding best practices in AI security and representing Snyk at AI security forums and developer conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or Cloud Security, with a focus on pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, developer tools, and secure coding practices.
- Deep technical knowledge and a foundational background in languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Demonstrated success running PoVs with enterprise customers and the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business value.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a bias for action, comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments without a playbook.
