About the role
- Partner closely with the Sales Biz Ops team to coordinate planning, roadmapping, and execution activities for NPI programs.
- Work with sales, product, support, legal, and other cross-functional teams to design and develop country / region specific roadmaps and execution plans.
- Manage day to day execution of strategic initiatives, including framing the problem set and scoping execution plans.
- Proactively identify the need for stakeholder involvement and manage day to day execution of the initiative(s).
- Facilitate joint problem-solving with Sales Biz Ops team and stakeholders.
- Develop metrics to measure and manage initiative progress and success relative to objectives.
- Build and employ data-driven and scalable business processes to support execution of GTM initiatives within company time and resource constraints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with a core focus in sales and/or product operations
- Experience in high growth B2B Software, Platform and/or IaaS environments is highly preferred
- Prior experience in management consulting with a focus on operational transformation
- Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support, professional services
- Experience identifying, evaluating and analyzing business opportunities
- Working knowledge of sales processes and systems, including Salesforce/CPQ and order-to-cash systems
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, revenue driving projects
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to balance time and effort across multiple projects while supporting emergent needs
- Strong academic record required; Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred, engineering degree a plus.
