About the role
- Manage key partner-led initiatives across Cloud, Technology/Product, and Services partner routes to market (e.g., partner field incentive design/programs, Marketplace partner revenue, new logo acquisition/customer expansion programs).
- Document and standardize processes that drive operational excellence with Partner Development Managers and the broader Snowflake organization.
- Manage key metrics and reporting for the partner team and for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work with PDMs to ensure team deliverables and metrics are on schedule with deadlines and team needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to create a narrative and supporting analysis to influence decisions and outcomes, not just report on analytics.
- Partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations leadership to formulate and communicate overall go-to-market strategy, across sales channels, geographies and segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or other quantitative disciplines.
- 7+ years of professional experience with a core focus in GTM strategy, planning, operations, and/or partner management.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services.
- Experience identifying, evaluating and analyzing business performance while working across multiple business units to drive decisions.
- Experience with business modeling; operational and financial analysis.
- Advanced data analysis/manipulation tools (proficiency with SQL and Excel required).
