About the role

  • Drive Strategic GTM: Create and drive the long-term strategic go-to-market plan for the Enterprise Acquisition segment
  • Scale Revenue: Lead the scaling of the regional organization, aggressively growing top-line revenue
  • Own Forecasting & Planning: Manage weekly forecast meetings with the Sales Executive Leadership team
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a general manager, working closely with Product Management, Marketing, and the Executive Team
  • C-Level Engagement: Drive revenue by establishing and maintaining C-Level Engagement with customers
  • Negotiation & Technical Acumen: Provide guidance on selling, navigate complex legal negotiations
  • Accelerate Deal Velocity: Ensure execution during the sales cycle
  • Drive Consumption & Success: Ensure customers are set up for success and are consuming Snowflake effectively
  • Build the Team: Hire a team that fits Snowflake's profile for success
  • Develop Leaders: Enable, coach, develop, and motivate a robust field sales team

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in technology or cloud sales
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles, demonstrating a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Proven experience as a second-line sales leader (managing managers/directors) in a high-growth, Enterprise software, or Cloud/SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in large-scale Enterprise Acquisition motions
  • Success in implementing and executing strategies for usage and booking-based sales revenue models
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Big Data, AI/ML, and Data Analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
