Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in developing and implementing learning programs.
- Experience building manager onboarding or leadership development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
