About the role
- Spearhead services sales and project delivery for key accounts, including large telecommunications and media companies
- Own the entire professional services lifecycle, from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and post-sales delivery hand-off
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and sell professional services opportunities
- Engage with C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps
- Achieve quarterly bookings, utilization, and consumption targets
- Manage deal reviews and ensure project scope is well-defined for customer success
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with both external clients and internal sales teams
- Act as the primary Professional Services point of contact for assigned accounts
- Lead high-performing teams and manage project financials (revenue forecasting, expense management)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a services sales and delivery role
- Direct experience within the telecommunications and media, and advertising market is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity in deal processing and project execution
- A track record of meeting or exceeding bookings, utilization, and consumption targets
- Exceptional ability to communicate and translate effectively across both internal teams and customer organizational structures
- Demonstrated success in building strong, trust-based relationships with sales teams and other internal stakeholders
