• You bring your design craft and, in return, gain hands-on experience working at an AI-first company.
• In weekly sessions with our founders Jens Polomski and Moritz Heininger, you'll learn how to integrate AI meaningfully into your daily work and career.
• You develop a consistent visual language across all assets — and make sure it is applied everywhere.
• You build on our existing branding, evolve it into a cohesive visual system, and implement it consistently across all touchpoints — from the website and social media to presentations.
• You design social media graphics, thumbnails, marketing materials, presentations, and web assets — not just conceptually, but hands-on through to the finished result.
• Together with us, you'll find ways to accelerate image generation, asset creation, and design workflows using AI tools.
