About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You're top of your class in visual design.
- You bring your design craft and, in return, gain hands-on experience working at an AI-first company.
- In weekly sessions with our founders Jens Polomski and Moritz Heininger, you'll learn how to integrate AI meaningfully into your daily work and career.
- You develop a consistent visual language across all assets — and make sure it is applied everywhere.
- You build on our existing branding, evolve it into a cohesive visual system, and implement it consistently across all touchpoints — from the website and social media to presentations.
- You design social media graphics, thumbnails, marketing materials, presentations, and web assets — not just conceptually, but hands-on through to the finished result.
- Together with us, you'll find ways to accelerate image generation, asset creation, and design workflows using AI tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Design expertise: Demonstrable experience in graphic design, brand design, web design, or UI/UX — with a compelling portfolio.
- Hands-on execution: You can not only conceptualize and art-direct but also implement pixel-perfect designs yourself.
- AI experience in design: You have already used AI tools in your design workflow and can demonstrate this — show us a project where AI played a role.
- Eye for detail: You spot inconsistencies in visual systems and are committed to resolving them.
- Proactive attitude: You don't wait for instructions; you see where action is needed.
