Key responsibilities & impact

Ownership of all content — both strategic and hands-on
Translating topics and ideas into a cross-channel content plan
Producing content (text, images, videos) hands-on
Publishing and managing the editorial calendar
Growing the company LinkedIn account and developing personal profiles
Ensuring brand consistency and premium quality across all channels
Repurposing content and generating customer testimonials & case studies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enthusiasm for AI and confident use of AI tools — for text, image, and video
Creative, hands-on mentality (creating images, editing videos, supported by AI)
A keen eye for brand, design, and storytelling
Excellent command of language and communication; excellent German skills
Independent working style; ability to pick up and independently develop and expand ideas
Speed, pragmatism, and reliability in delivery even without detailed briefs
