About the role

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
  • Create, edit, and post engaging social media content, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Ensure consistent posting and alignment with the brand’s messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Admin team , to extract and use client-related information for content
  • Monitor trends and suggest content ideas to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts
  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content, especially short-form video content
  • Hands-on experience using Canva, CapCut , and AI tools for content creation
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
