• Partner with the Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) and the Channel and Alliances team to help qualify and technically prove out opportunities for SnapLogic
• Prepare and present solutions to address cloud / on-premise / hybrid integration requirements with prospective customers
• Respond to requests for information/proposals
• Scope, document, and execute successful proof of concepts
• High-level design and architecture of a prospective customer's deployment of SnapLogic's products
• Work with SnapLogic inter-department personnel locally and globally including professional services, sales, product management, customer success, and engineering

Senior Solutions Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Pipeline Development:
• - Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to identify Tier 1 accounts and targets within assigned territories.
• - Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points to deliver tailored value propositions effectively.
• - Identify and build out an organizational chart of multiple prospects within target accounts.
• - Execute personalized, multichannel outreach strategies (including social media, email, and phone calls) to generate interest and create a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• - Proactively qualify and engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to develop them into sales opportunities.
• - Collaboration and Coordination:
• - Partner with Account Executives and Channel Managers to develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities.
• - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• - Act as a key team player within the sales POD, providing insights and helping drive the collective success of your sales region.
• - Qualification and Needs Analysis:
• - Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads, ensuring they align with the company's ideal customer profile.
• - Engage with prospects to uncover their needs, challenges, and desired outcomes, effectively positioning SnapLogic's value proposition.
• - Contribute to strategic discussions on converting opportunities into closed deals by sharing insights gathered during initial prospect engagement.
• - Participate in POD forecast meetings and help in territory forecasting.
• - Reporting and Analysis:
• - Regularly report on the status of your pipeline, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
• - Provide analysis to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, contributing ideas to optimize sales effectiveness.
• - Adaptability
• - Intelligent pipeline creation is critical to the success of this role. This can and should include multichannel outreaches such as social media, email, and phone calls.
• - Although activities will not be the main focus, successful Inside Account Executives are expected to be highly disciplined in their output.
• - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• - Pipeline Creation: Number of qualified leads, conversion rates, and overall growth and health of the sales pipeline.
• - Quota Attainment: Revenue generated by supported Account Executives, number of new customers, and achievement of regional targets.

Account Development Representative

Revenue Operations

• Act as a trusted business partner to GTM leaders, driving operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Own and continuously improve the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cadence, including pipeline inspection, deal reviews, stage progression, and close-rate analysis.
• Lead annual planning activities, including territory design, quota setting, account segmentation, and headcount modeling in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that surface leading indicators of revenue performance, funnel conversion, sales productivity, and customer retention.
• Partner with the Systems team to optimize the Salesforce instance and the broader GTM tech stack (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clari, LeanData, 6sense) to improve data integrity, rep productivity, and funnel visibility.
• Drive operational rhythm for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), pipeline councils, and executive revenue reviews, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage sales compensation plan design, modeling, and administration.
• Identify gaps in GTM process and lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate friction from lead to renewal.
• Support strategic ad hoc analysis for the Sales Leaders, President, CEO, and executive team on pricing, packaging, channel mix, and GTM investment decisions.

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on strategic opportunities across the US West.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business priorities, technical challenges, and transformation goals.
• Deliver compelling demos and solution presentations tailored to enterprise customer needs.
• Scope and execute successful Proof of Concepts / Proof of Value engagements.
• Design enterprise architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Engage customers on modern AI initiatives including AI agents, MCP, LLM orchestration, and automation.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to Product and Leadership teams.

Principal Solutions Engineer

Account Executive

• Prospect into assigned accounts, securing meaningful conversations with people that matter
• Develop and present a comprehensive sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and regional sales plan, within the first 90 days.
• Articulate and manage SnapLogic's complex sales cycles to present the value of our full product suite to decision makers
• Develop and manage key relationships throughout assigned strategic accounts, from technical individual contributors to C-level executives
• Practice operational discipline by maintaining accurate opportunity and activity management in Salesforce while creating satisfied, referenceable customers
