• Maximize Existing Accounts (70% Focus): Serve as the primary commercial owner for a dedicated portfolio of SnapLogic’s highest-value strategic enterprise accounts. Secure long-term renewals, defend against competition, and aggressively drive "land and expand" revenue by uncovering new business units, use cases, and departments for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Hunt Net-New Logos (30% Focus): Conduct targeted outbound prospecting into assigned greenfield accounts in your territory. Secure meaningful conversations with key decision-makers and navigate net-new enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery to close.
• Build a Regional Territory Strategy: Develop and present a comprehensive 90-day account and territory plan, detailing stakeholder maps, risk mitigation strategies, whitespace expansion paths, and a regional sales plan for net-new targets.
• Navigate the C-Suite: Develop and manage key relationships across the entire enterprise grid—from technical individual contributors and developers to CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Data Officers.
• Partner with Customer Success: Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Architects to ensure deep product adoption in existing accounts, track ROI metrics, and ensure customers are highly referenceable.

Solutions Engineer

• Design, build, test, and ship Snap Packs for major AI providers, ensuring robust and high-performing connections.
• Implement and standardize advanced LLM capabilities across different providers, including Structured Outputs, Reasoning Models, Function Calling, Background Mode, and Vector Store integrations.

Account Executive

• Prospect into assigned accounts, securing meaningful conversations with people that matter
• Develop and present a comprehensive sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and regional sales plan, within the first 90 days.
• Articulate and manage SnapLogic's complex sales cycles to present the value of our full product suite to decision makers
• Develop and manage key relationships throughout assigned strategic accounts, from technical individual contributors to C-level executives

• Partner with the Enterprise Account Executives (EAEs) and the Channel and Alliances team to help qualify and technically prove out opportunities for SnapLogic
• Prepare and present solutions to address cloud / on-premise / hybrid integration requirements with prospective customers

Senior Solutions Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Pipeline Development:
• - Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to identify Tier 1 accounts and targets within assigned territories.
• - Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points to deliver tailored value propositions effectively.
• - Identify and build out an organizational chart of multiple prospects within target accounts.
• - Execute personalized, multichannel outreach strategies (including social media, email, and phone calls) to generate interest and create a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• - Proactively qualify and engage with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to develop them into sales opportunities.
• - Collaboration and Coordination:
• - Partner with Account Executives and Channel Managers to develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities.
• - Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• - Act as a key team player within the sales POD, providing insights and helping drive the collective success of your sales region.
• - Qualification and Needs Analysis:
• - Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads, ensuring they align with the company's ideal customer profile.

• - Reporting and Analysis:
• - Regularly report on the status of your pipeline, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
