Lead, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners
Help grow and nurture senior-level client relationships, analyze and optimize campaign performance, and strategically plan branded and performance video campaigns
Proactively lead product update discussions and educate brands/agencies on Snap products and best practices
Help onboard new account managers and account specialists and ensure understanding of cross-functional relationships
Partner with account executives and creative strategists during RFPs to develop insight-driven digital campaigns
Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration
Dive deep into campaign performance data; guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend upsell opportunities
Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools; provide technical support and real-time analysis
Proactively develop case studies and execute a test-and-learn agenda across the category
Requirements
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
5+ years proven experience taking complex data and evaluating success metrics to create data stories OR 5+ years working with clients while performing in-depth data analysis
BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent years of experience
Experience in the digital media industry focusing on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic, or real-time bidding marketplaces
Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics
Deep understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment
Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred: Pre-existing relationships with senior-level client decision-makers and brand marketers
Preferred: Track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
Preferred: Passion for Snapchat as a user and solid knowledge of Snap ad products
