Independently handle export orders from contract negotiation and drafting through payment management to delivery of machinery
Prepare and review export-related documents, e.g. export permits and shipping documents in accordance with letters of credit or bank guarantees
Monitor current customs and trade regulations and ensure their correct application
Correspond with international business partners, banks (e.g. OeKB), authorities and freight forwarders
Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Project Management and Shipping/Dispatch

Requirements

Relevant degree or graduate of a higher commercial school with several years of professional experience in export
Solid knowledge of export and customs procedures
Fluent English and preferably a second foreign language
Very good MS Office skills
Experience with an ERP system (ideally SAP)
