• Independently handle export orders from contract negotiation and drafting through payment management to delivery of machinery
• Prepare and review export-related documents, e.g. export permits and shipping documents in accordance with letters of credit or bank guarantees
• Monitor current customs and trade regulations and ensure their correct application
• Correspond with international business partners, banks (e.g. OeKB), authorities and freight forwarders
• Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Project Management and Shipping/Dispatch
