About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that optimizes the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Finance and Senior Leadership to facilitate annual headcount planning and ensure the recruitment team is positioned to meet organizational growth targets.
- Design and manage scalable hiring models to address seasonal staffing fluctuations and operational demands.
- Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership positions, ensuring a high-touch experience for senior candidates.
- Partner with the Marketing and People teams to define and amplify the employer brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling candidate experience.
- Establish and maintain rigorous standards for candidate engagement to enhance the organization’s reputation in the talent market.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship, performance coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for the recruiting team to drive accountability and results.
- Utilize data-driven insights to communicate hiring progress and pipeline health to stakeholders. Leverage analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Partner with HR Operations to evaluate, implement, and manage the recruitment technology stack (ATS, CRM, AI tools) and external search firm relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience, including 5 years managing people.
- Experience in high-growth environments, including experience spanning software, clinical and contact center roles preferred.
- Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
