About the role
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all functional areas across multiple locations simultaneously
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience through timely communication and clear feedback
- Collaborate with department leaders and HR teams on recruitment strategies
- Leverage various sourcing strategies to find and attract top talent
- Research labor market trends to align sourcing strategy with current industry conditions
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and improve candidate experience
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and provide recruitment updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Proficient in computer applications (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and employment regulations and policies
