About the role
- Convert clinicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room and community while also training clinicians on Smith+Nephew products through education/programs in your territory.
- Work collaboratively with key administrators and clinicians in hospitals, ASCs, LTC and Community Care.
- Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota.
- Provide first-class technical support to ensure that product availability meets customer and patient needs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum (2-5) years direct sales experience with experience in medical device industry preferred
- Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points.
- Proven track record selling/converting business.
- Proven success in achieving quota year over year.
- Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.
