About the role
- Lead the development and delivery of individual donor offline fundraising program
- Employ a test-and-learn approach across the program
- Collaborate with the UK Director of Fundraising in strategy development
- Manage direct mail and DRTV donor acquisition programs
- Develop engaging donor acquisition and retention campaigns
- Ensure all offline direct marketing campaigns are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a direct marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Skilled with modern and traditional marketing and fundraising channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience with donor CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
- Excellent people-management skills with the ability to coach and line manage staff
- Experience of managing creative agencies, printers and external agencies
