About the role
- Managing end-to-end hiring across the UK, with a focus on senior roles
- Building trusted relationships with hiring managers, offering coaching and strategic hiring advice
- Delivering insightful recruitment data & analytics to drive change
- Partnering with the wider people team on projects that shape our people-first culture
- Mentoring junior team members through talent labs and workshops
Requirements
- A track record in senior-level hiring (senior manager/director+), ideally within tech, marketing, media or agency settings.
- Experience in internal recruitment or RPO environments
- Advanced headhunting & strategic sourcing skills
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, including directors and board level.
- Comfortable with recruitment data - You know how to turn hiring metrics into actionable insight
- Proactive & adaptable mindset to hiring challenges
