Support the onboarding and implementation of new client projects from kickoff to go-live
Serve as a main point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to meet project goals
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, reporting to the Head of Implementation
Identify potential issues early and support problem-solving to keep projects on track
Gather client feedback and share insights to improve internal processes and client experience
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or client-facing roles (SaaS/tech background is a plus but not required)
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in German and English (both mandatory)
Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn and grow in a startup environment
