About the role
- Handle customer issues related to Blotout’s JavaScript SDKs and integrations
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand and resolve technical problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex issues
- Lead a small team of junior engineers and scale the team as we progress
- Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality technical support
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in client-facing technical support roles
- Willing to hustle and work across multiple time zones
- Currently managing a team
