Account Executive

• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, selling UnitX’s industrial AI solutions to factories and manufacturing teams
• Learn customer pain points and use a consultative approach to position UnitX as a high-impact solution
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and qualifying inbound interest
• Partner with the technical team to tailor demos and proposals based on each prospect’s needs
• Track all sales activity and pipeline data in HubSpot to stay organized and improve forecasting
• Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing to share feedback and improve the go-to-market motion
• Help improve and document sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and deal processes as we grow the sales team

Full-stack Engineer

• Join the 3D Vision team and help invent next-gen inspection technology.
• Run fast experiments in code and hardware to find failure modes, fix them, and iterate until it works on the factory floor.
• Prototype and benchmark 2-D/3-D vision algorithms.
• Integrate new sensors: build quick rigs, capture data, write drivers, sync lighting.
• Analyze failure cases and turn insights into code fixes or imaging tweaks.
• Maintain clean, tested Python code and lightweight JAX/PyTorch training or inference scripts.
• Collaborate with AI, hardware, and China-based application teams to push ideas into production.
• Deliver mission-critical inspection systems that operate on manufacturing production lines.

Software Engineer

• Sell UnitX product and services to factories to generate revenue, starting with a comprehensive understanding and identifying customers’ needs
• Utilize cold calling and email to generate new business leads in the market
• Generate leads and build relationships by finding new potential sales outlets and nurturing warm prospects
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects as well as the full sales cycle
• Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
• Report directly to the CEO
