Head of Department

• Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for the SmartyAds SSP and available third-party monetization platforms including Google MCM
• Own the P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and margin optimization
• Lead publisher acquisition and monetization strategy, including high-value publisher partnerships
• Build and scale Google MCM partnerships, onboarding and managing child publishers
• Align own SSP inventory with demand-side needs, ensuring optimal fill rate, yield, and traffic quality
• Drive CTV and Video (VAST) supply expansion, focusing on premium inventory integrations
• Manage and expand third-party integrations, including Prebid.js header bidding connections with external DSPs and exchanges
• Oversee supply quality management, including traffic validation, fraud prevention, and compliance
• Define pricing strategy, floor management, and yield optimization frameworks
• Serve as the main escalation point for strategic publisher and supply partners
• Lead negotiations and recovery of critical supply integrations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on SSP roadmap improvements, integrations, and feature development
• Work closely with DSP teams to ensure supply-demand balance and maximize platform liquidity
• Track programmatic ecosystem trends, including new monetization opportunities, formats, and regulatory changes
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to executive leadership

Head of SSP

• Oversee business results and define the strategic development vector for the SmartyAds AdExchange product
• Take full responsibility for all business-related teams: Business Development, Account Management and Customer Success
• Serve as an escalation point for top-level customer and partner issues
• Set targets and control execution of business development plans (qualitative and quantitative)
• Own CSM and Account Management KPIs and define team direction and performance standards
• Monitor platform profitability on a daily basis and initiate immediate corrective actions when needed
• Prepare and present regular performance and strategy reports to executive management
• Define and execute the strategic direction of the AdExchange in cooperation with top management
• Ensure strong collaboration with SSP and DSP teams and alignment across products
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure strong positioning, promotion of key integrations, and execution of inbound and outbound sales strategies
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner roadshows
• Track industry trends, regulatory updates, and technological changes, initiating product improvements to maintain competitiveness
• Cooperate with Legal, Privacy, Operations, HR, Product and Finance teams to ensure sustainable product development
• Lead complex negotiations, recovery of lost integrations, and resolution of critical partner cases
• Support product roadmap development based on market needs and commercial priorities
