Account Manager

• Partner closely with a Senior Account Manager to support a portfolio of high-value brand accounts — helping to deliver a seamless client experience from onboarding through to growth
• Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring proactive, smooth execution of community and platform initiatives
• Help translate Discord data and community insights into actionable recommendations that drive client goals
• Collaborate with Community Managers, Product, and Business Development teams to deliver successful Discord campaigns and implementations
• Contribute excellence to all facets of client interaction, including written communication, weekly agendas, presentation decks, reports, and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to account expansion
• Stay ahead of community trends and bring new ideas to support client and team success

Junior Account Manager – Consumer

Community Manager

• Build, manage and optimise Discord communities that bring fans closer to brands
• Design and deliver community activations that spark genuine connection and ongoing engagement
• Recruit, onboard and manage moderator teams that keep communities safe and welcoming spaces
• Implement technical changes and solutions to meet client needs quickly
• Prepare reports that highlight server insights, trends and strategic value for clients
• Work with our Product team to shape Levellr’s product and future strategy with client and community feedback

Customer Success Manager

• Own the Customer Success department and the company’s overarching software and service strategy
• Focus on client retention/loyalty and upselling
• Own and gather proactive client feedback
• Partner with marketing and sales on business development
• Department growth (hiring/managing team) for profitability
• Work with product on iteration and roadmapping via client feedback
• Manage a team of 10 across 3 verticals (Gaming, Music, Consumer brands) and 2 distinctions (Account Management and Community Management)
• Build and develop the team both within CS and working with Product for further SaaS solution positioning
