We assist Corporate Legal, Risk and Compliance departments on their digital transformation journey. As a ServiceNow Developer you will implement technical solutions in cooperation with Solution Architects and Legal Transformation Advisors.
The role requires both, broad and deep technology knowledge (incl. advanced scripting experience) and the capability to implement solutions by translating customer business problems into process-oriented technology solutions together with our Solution Architects.
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow’s Contract Management Pro and Legal Service Delivery modules to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations related to contract lifecycle processes.
Collaborate in a client-facing role with Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams to streamline contract authoring, reviews, approvals, and post-signing activities, such as renewals.
Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and notifications for contract status tracking, compliance, and performance.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in contract records, including automated updates and renewal reminders.
Integrate Contract Management Pro with other ServiceNow modules, such as Source-to-Pay Operations, ITAM, etc., and third-party systems as needed.
Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to support evolving business needs.
Apply best practices in ServiceNow configuration and development, documentation, and testing of ServiceNow configurations and development, documentation, and testing of SerciceNow solutions.
In this position, you will play a key role in project teams and the delivery model.
Requirements
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (4+ years hands-on ServiceNow).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Contract Management Pro (additional knowledge of Source-to-Pay Operations will be a plus).
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, data imports).
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, web services, data feeds).
Understanding of contract lifecycle processes (authoring, approvals, amendments, renewals, compliance tracking).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CIS – Procurement, Vendor Risk, ITSM) a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
